Just finished my work out ! (at Crunch)
In life we all need to strive for success & progress . An individual in my opinion cannot stay stagnant, there is always room for improvement, and if we don’t aim to always be an “upgraded” version of ourselves then how can we live a life with pride?
There’s no room to feel sorry for the lives we live if we know that we are doing everything in our power to be better in every sense of the word. Always, absolutely always shoot for a better life, for a healthier body, for a better education, an honest relationship with yourself and those who surround you, and I promise you that you will always have your chin up.
5 weeks ago I never thought I was going to see my body transform the way it has now. All the sweat, all the tears, all the temptations I’ve put to the side to look how I look now has given me an extra boost in confidence in myself. I found out I’m stronger than I think I am, that I can control my mind, my impulses, and that i can work towards a goal, commit to it, stick to it, and conquer it …that alone makes me a winner (in my eyes which is the most important opinion). I want all of you guys to take note of this & know that if a regular girl could do this, so can you. I have 22 more days to make this a reality and hopefully inspire thousands of men and women to get out there and make their dreams come true!
The journey is rough but know that in the end you will be stronger, you will be proud, and nothing, absolutely nothing will be able to stop you because you know you did it and you’ve planted the seeds that will make you unbreakable against any challenge.
Now , make the decision, commit to it, and succeed! by mankofit
